One step on the path to being fit and sexy is to get amazing abdominal muscles. If you’re looking for those sexy movie star ab muscles then you have to do specific exercises that will target that group of muscles.

To start with lets do crunches. Crunches are done by lying on your back with your knees bent. From that position pull yourself up using your stomach muscles. Next try some flat-legged sit ups. These are done similarly to crunches but instead of bending your knees keep them straight. When you pull yourself up you should touch your toes or reach as far down your leg as you can. Slowly let them down without letting them touch the floor. Then rinse and repeat.

Next were going to do bicycles and they are a fast and easy way when looking for how to get buff abdominals. These get their name from the appearance of riding an invisible bicycle on the floor (apparently) .Start on the ground on your back again, and then pull up your knees. Take turns touching your right elbow to your left knee and vice versa. These can be done quite quickly and in a large quantity to get an abdominal workout.  

How to get buff even more than by using just these exercises is by trying and doing the very challenging stand-up sit-up. These are exactly what they sound like. They are done by doing a normal sit-up but when you are nearing completion, you use your super-strong abdominal muscles to pull yourself up to your feet. If you can do 10 of these without any assistance from other people or the use of your hands then you should be very proud of yourself.

A good diet is also important if you are looking for how to get buff. A healthy diet will also help you to lose weight.  Depending on if you are trying to lose weight and gain muscle, of if you’re a skinny person who is looking for how to get buffand gain muscle you should change your diet accordingly. If you are trying to lose weight, you should eat smaller meals which are higher in nutritional content. Also try to eat several smaller meals instead of just one or two large ones. Try eating fibre in your diet along with fruits and vegetables and never forget to eat your breakfast. A smaller person looking for how to get buff should eat full meals and eat protein. Whey protein is especially useful when you are trying to gain pounds of muscle.
